Our Story

Established in 1989, Bagelmania has been a staple serving up traditional New York-style boiled bagels and home-made Jewish delicatessen recipes to the local Las Vegas community for over 30 years. In 2018, Stephen Siegel, a longtime customer, purchased the restaurant and renamed it “Siegel’s Bagelmania.” From a young age, Siegel frequented famous Los Angeles delis admiring the food and atmosphere in them. His lifelong experience and love of the food and concept is what inspired him to relocate and build a new large state of the art, yet authentic Jewish delicatessen and bakery, something Las Vegas has never had before. Since 2018, Siegel’s Bagelmania has evolved its menu with a mix of old and new recipes, opened a second location in the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, and moved out of the small 2,000 square-foot old deli space on E. Twain. Our brand-new flagship location is a 10,000 square-foot restaurant and delicatessen nextdoor to the newly built Las Vegas Convention Center. The beautiful mid-century modern design pays tribute to an old school family-centric dining experience. With 200 seats, a spacious dining room, a private dining room that can be rented out for parties or special events, an outdoor patio with cooling misters, a full bar with slot machines, and an expansive to go delicatessen and bakery, Bagelmania is a destination for visitors and locals alike.

With tradition at the forefront, Bagelmania begins each night boiling and baking over 20 varieties of our award-winning bagels, bialys and bagel chips including our famous “Bagel of the Month.” Our cream cheese is whipped in-house and mixed in a wide variety of flavors such as lox shmear, raisin walnut, vegetable, chive, strawberry, cinnamon apple, and jalapeno. Fresh breads such as sourdough, wheat, challah, onion rolls, pretzels and our most popular, double-baked rye bread are baked in-house every day. Our pastries, cookies, and famous dessert are all mixed and baked from scratch, just the way they should be. Customer favorites include our black and white cookies, chocolate chip, raspberry and apricot rugelach, west coast crumb cake, chocolate dip macaroons, chocolate chip babka cake, and our fresh pistachio, blueberry, and crumb loafs. And if that’s not enough, a pop-up display of Las Vegas’ famous Pinkbox Doughnuts are served fresh daily within the deli. We also offer the freshest lox, nova, and white fish from the East Coast, and the best pastrami, corned beef, brisket, roast beef and turkey in Las Vegas. We slice our own meats and cheeses, have a large pickle selection and prepare our house-made coleslaw, tuna, egg, chicken and whitefish salads daily, and we also make our own Russian and Ranch dressings which are both a must try. All of this can be found in our to go delicatessen where the selections are endless and you won’t leave hungry.

Our new restaurant menu features around the clock breakfast and lunch inspired by Jewish deli staples. Options include the “New School,” a choice of crispy bacon, sausage or ham, melted cheddar & chive shmear stacked with two fried eggs and a hash brown cake on a choice of any bagel; the “Rueben Siegel,” with piled-high pastrami, corned beef, or turkey topped with sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese, smothered in Russian dressing on grilled, double-baked rye bread; and the “Yiddish Bird,” stacked with turkey and crispy bacon, smothered in chive schmear, and topped with tomato and sprouts on a choice of any bagel. Our famous matzah balls and soups are all made from scratch, including our 100-year-old chicken noodle soup recipe which has been said to be so good, it will “cure the common cold.”

To this day, Siegel’s Bagelmania is expanding our mob of happy guests, welcoming them back time and time again.
